Will need to supervise analytical staff. Review and report on data to clients and will need to respond to client inquiries. Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations. Set and maintain budgetary goals. Will need to report on lab performance to executive team.

Prepare samples for analytical testing procedures. Prepare reagents and standards as needed. Meet strict testing timelines. Ensure all testing is meeting Quality Assurance goals as well as Standard Operating procedures.

Effectively plan production and packaging schedules to ensure demand is met. Supervise and support production and packaging teams. Manage and maintain vendor relations. Coordinate with third party labs for product testing. Maintain a sterile work environment while maintaining strict compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
